
Tennessee Chapter of ASET
Mission Statement
The TN Chapter of ASET provides leadership, advocacy and resources that promote professional excellence and quality patient care in Neurodiagnostics. The TN Chapter of ASET advances the field by serving member needs, defining and endorsing standards of practice, providing innovative educational opportunities, promoting the profession, and building coalitions in allied health and other communities of interest. Neurodiagnostics includes but is not limited to Electroencephalography (EEG), Evoked Potentials (EP), Nerve Conduction Studies (NCS), Polysomnography/Sleep Technology, Intraoperative Neurophysiological Monitoring (IONM), Long Term Monitoring (LTM), and Intensive Care Unit Continuous EEG Monitoring (ICU/cEEG).
Student
$5/year
STUDENT members shall be enrolled full-time in a formal training program for Neurodiagnostics, including on-the-job training
Membership Classes
Associate
$25/year
ASSOCIATE members shall be individuals who are supportive of the mission of the Chapter but who do not qualify for membership under other member categories
Active
$25/year
ACTIVE members shall be individuals whose primary employment or training is in clinical practice, research, education, or management in Neurodiagnostics
